On Thursday (March 12th, 2020), the leadership team at ChargeOver decided to have employees work remotely in the best interest of our team and the communities that we live and work in. ChargeOver is already capable of operating 100% remotely, and there is no expected impact on our ability to provide service and support.
We're confident that service from ChargeOver will continue unaffected.
A few items to note:
- We are here to serve you. ChargeOver continues to operate on our regular business hours. Our support team is available via phone, live chat, and email during our regular operating hours.
- ChargeOver is hosted in a secure data center with a prepared contingency operations plan.
- Our network operations center has already implemented enhanced cleaning procedures and is prepared for a lockdown event with staff sheltered in place in the data center to enable continued hands-on support for all operations.
