2017 is flying by as April is here and winter is gone (fingers crossed for us in Minneapolis)! Here's what's happening:

MarketingXchange saves over 40 accounting hours every month

In upcoming months, we will be introducing a customer spotlight section in the monthly updates, in which we feature a company that has benefitted from using ChargeOver's services. This month's feature is MarketingXchange.

MarketingXChange is a Kansas City marketing agency that was founded in 2007 by Ryan Parshall. Though the company had humble beginnings, it quickly grew to 200+ customers. With this large growth came larger headaches, as the process of billing that many customers on a regular basis began scaling in difficulty. Ryan started looking for a software solution, and discovered ChargeOver.  

After signing up and transferring the work established in his previous process, Ryan now believes that his recurring billing problems were solved by ChargeOver, as all of his invoicing and AR collection now happens automatically.  A feat that used to take hours of paper invoicing has been reduced to the task of checking once in a while to verify that all invoices and transactions are still on track. Ryan estimates that his firm has saved over 40 accounting hours a month by utilizing ChargeOver's services. Check out more on the story here.

Improved handling of ACH/EFT rejection code

In cases where an ACH/EFT payment is rejected with an unretryable code (e.g. the person is dead, or the routing/account # is completely incorrect, or the account has been closed, etc.) ChargeOver now triggers a notification and removes the ACH account from any associated subscriptions so it won't be charged again. The goal of this feature is to save unnecessary fees for attempts that will never complete successfully.

ChargeOver website has been refreshed

ChargeOver's new website design is now live!  The site now features extensive information about ChargeOver's benefits,  partnering payment gateway and accounting software support, customer testimonials, security information, API documentation, and much more.  Check it out at
