This month's customer spotlight features Great Dental Websites!

Great Dental Websites is an online website platform that allows dentists to easily create, design, and update their own websites, as well as run various types of online marketing campaigns! They have 500 + clients making automated payments through ChargeOver. Before they started using ChargeOver, the company’s billing solution was unreliable, leaving them to find themselves missing thousands of dollars in revenue each time they did an audit. According to CEO and founder Jeff Gladnick ChargeOver “eliminated the billing errors” the company had been experiencing with their previous system. Today they are starting to tie ChargeOver further into their systems via ChargeOver’s API and data warehouse features.

Support for partial payments, progress invoicing, and scheduled one-time payments!

A common request from our customers has been to allow scheduled payments against one-time invoices, or scheduled partial payments against invoices. This is a great boon to businesses who are using milestone or progress invoicing! Visit our support site to see how to set up scheduled payments on your invoices!

Once the payments have been scheduled, customers will be able to see and pay them when they view their online invoice!

To accompany our support for partial payments, we’ve built you a new report to show each of your scheduled payments, including the date they are set for and the percentage of their corresponding invoice that they fulfill!

Coming Soon: Processing Fees/ Discounts for Payments

A popular request from our customers has been to allow processing fees or discounts to payments depending on payment method. Pretty soon, you’ll be able to do just that! Our processing fees feature allows you to specify an amount or a percentage of a payment to be automatically charged on a payment based on the customer’s payment method. It also allows you to give customers discounts for using a certain payment method! We’ve currently got some fabulous beta testers taking this for a spin, but as they say, the more the merrier!  Contact us if you're interested in testing the processing fees feature out in your account!
