Customer Spotlight: Rain Retail

Rain Retail provides retail companies with a Point Of Sale operating system along with an integrated website that updates simultaneously, keeping product inventories, customer accounts, marketing tools, and more, accurate and easily accessible. Before they found ChargeOver, Rain Retail's billing system was a complex inter-meshing of eight different software systems and eight different employees to manage each one, which was stressful for customers and employees alike. Now, with ChargeOver, Rain Retail runs a smooth, streamlined billing process that is stress free and efficient for everyone involved. Parent company statements that include child company invoices

It is now possible to generate a statement for your parent companies that includes on it the invoices of all child companies under that parent. This is useful if you are using parent/child customers to track revenue for different locations under the same corporation. You can find the option to enable this new feature in your account by going to Features & Add-ons > Parent/Child Customers.

Support for syncing contacts and currencies into ChargeOver with Salesforce Outbound Messages

Previously if you created a customer via sending in a Salesforce Outbound Message, the customer was always created in your primary currency. Now you can specify the currency via sending the 3-digit ISO4217 currency code from Salesforce to ChargeOver, and the customer will be created and attached to the correct currency.

It also is now possible to create a contact in your Salesforce Account and sync that contact into ChargeOver using Salesforce Outbound Messages!

New ACH.validate method for ChargeOver.js

ChargeOver now supports validating ACH information via ChargeOver.js. This allows you to validate a customer's ACH/echeck routing number and accounting number when they sign up for a plan. Want more information? View our documentation for ChargeOver.js here!
