Monthly Newsletter - July 2017

Hello everyone!

July is here at last, and your summer billing is about to heat up with these new, scorching hot updates from ChargeOver!

Customer Spotlight: Timesheet Mobile

This month's customer spotlight features Timesheet Mobile!

Timesheet Mobile helps businesses accurately track the work times and GPS location of mobile employees using mobile apps, cell phones, and traditional land-line phones. They have 500 + clients making automated payments through ChargeOver. The company's billing model is based on usage data, so before they started using ChargeOver, someone in their accounting department had to run a usage report every month and then manually invoice each customer based on that data! Now that they use ChargeOver, all of TImesheet Mobile's invoicing and transactions happens automatically. President of TImesheet Mobile, Bob Drainville, estimates that with ChargeOver, the company is able to spend 80% less time on billing each month, allowing them to concentrate on research, development, and growth. A common request from our customers has been to allow scheduled payments against one-time invoices, or scheduled partial payments against invoices. We heard you, and we're building it! This is a great boon to businesses who are using milestone or progress invoicing! Before we fully roll out this feature, we're looking for some beta testers to take it for a spin! Contact us if you're interested in testing it out!
