How to Set Up Recurring Payments in QuickBooks

1. Create a ChargeOver account in just a few minutes.

2. Customize your payment plans and schedules. Options include tax rates, discounts, trial periods, and more. There is no limit to the number of recurring payment plans.

3. Add or update customers, using the easy import tool or the hosted (and custom-branded) signup form. Their matching profile in QuickBooks will be automatically created or updated.

4. When it's time for a payment, ChargeOver generates the invoice in QuickBooks, charges the customer using your existing payment gateway, and marks the invoice as paid.
